SPE15240 - Destruction: overview

This Section gives information and advice on the action to be taken if a request is received from a warehouse keeper/depositor to destroy goods being held under the customs warehouse arrangements.

Note: Northern Ireland (NI) customs authorisations will continue to fall within the provisions of the Union Customs Code (UCC), as retained by the European Union (Withdrawal) Act 2018 and CEMA 1979.
