DMBM524330 - Debt and return pursuit: CIS: contractor's response: contractor advises that return incorrect

If the contractor contacts you by phone and tells you that he has completed the return incorrectly:

  • advise that the CIS Helpline will be able to correct the return over the phone
  • provide their phone number which is 0300 200 3210
  • ensure the correct amount has been paid
  • note IDMS
  • set a new BF date for seven days later.
