If the contractor contacts you by phone and tells you that he has completed the return incorrectly:
- advise that the CIS Helpline will be able to correct the return over the phone
- provide their phone number which is 0300 200 3210
- ensure the correct amount has been paid
- note IDMS
- set a new BF date for seven days later.
