The VISION system allows you to interrogate the details of VAT registered customers held on the VAT database.

A total of thirty-two screens provide specific customer details such as name and address, registration information and indicators, accounting ledger details, VAT Returns, Officer’s Assessments and outstanding liabilities.

You can also order a variety of reports, including accounting details and historical ledger prints, via the systems data capture facility.

Not all information is retained on screen. Historical details, e.g. ledger and return details may well be archived. Using Vision, prints can be ordered from Southend for this information. Details of deregistered businesses will also only be held ‘live’ for a period before they become redundant.
