If you are in DMB and receive a PAYE or P2 query that does not related to the coding out and is appropriate to Personal Tax, redirect this to Personal Tax on 0300 200 3300.
SA DMB contacts
Debt has not yet moved to NPS(PAYE)
If the debt is still outstanding on the SA statement and the customer wants to pay or discuss time to pay, you should refer them to the DMTC contact number 0300 200 3823. For anything else related to coding out debts, you should contact Worcester by WAM or email if you have no access to WAM.
Debt has moved to NPS(PAYE)
When a debt has moved to NPS(PAYE), it is no longer shown as outstanding on the SA statement and will appear with the descriptor 'Amount included in tax code for 13/14'. You should contact Worcester in all cases where the debt has moved to NPS (the preferred method of contact is by WAM or email if you have no access to WAM, you must not give the Worcester phone number to the customer as it is for internal use only).
