DMBM676530 - Summary Proceedings (Sc): Recovering costs for cases where arrestments have been laid

Under the provisions of the Debtors (Scotland) Act 1987 (para 93) you can only recovercosts from the diligence to which they relate. This means that you can only recover thecosts of each arrestment out of any funds caught for that arrestment (DMBM675100).
