DMBM900450 - Miscellaneous: Debt Arrangement Scheme: post debt payment programme debts

It is a condition of a debt payment programme (DPP) that provision is made for all future debts to be paid as they become due.
Any office that becomes aware that this is not being adhered to must immediately telephone EIS Edinburgh.
EIS Edinburgh will ask for these debts to be transferred to link with the existing debt in the programme.
EIS will then decide to either:
- vary the DPP to include these further debts
- apply to the DAS Administrator for the DPP to be revoked.
