The Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc) (Northern Ireland) Order 1999 (TOFO)
DANSP01300 tells you about the TOFA and the equivalent Order that applies to Northern Ireland (TOFO). The Transfer Act and the Order have been amended by other Acts and Orders since their introduction. The amendments include
- repeal of legislation which is no longer appropriate,
- substituting text, for example, to take account of decisions required in connection with the entitlement of statutory paternity and adoption pay.

The Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc) Act 1999 (Commencement No. 1 and Transitional Provisions) Order 1999 (SI 1999 No. 527) ensured the coming into force of provisions of the Social Security Contributions (Transfer of Functions, etc.) Act 1999 (the Transfer Act).
