DANSP29000 - Notices of decision: The issuing officer’s name

Regulation 3(2) of The Social Security Contributions (Decisions and Appeals) Regulations 1999 (SI 1999 No 1027)

On form DAA1(A), after completing the box showing the decision, enter the name of the Officer issuing the decision. Show the name in normal title case (for example, Mr Mark Stephenson). Do not use upper case for the whole name. The SEES application automatically replicates the officer’s name on all parts of the DAA1.
