DT17756 - Sudan:Teachers

The agreement contains a Teachers Article but it only applies to those teaching at a university, college or other higher educational establishment.

The teacher is only exempt from United Kingdom tax if the remuneration from teaching is `subject to tax’ in Sudan (see DT1936 sub-head (e)).
