What is the ‘Other’ template?

The ‘Other’ template asks for details of reportable events in relation to shares and other forms of securities that are obtained by reason of employment. You must provide those details shown on the form.

You must use the .ods template provided or create a .csv file which matches the specification in the published Tech Note.
