HSTM02200 - Eligibility: eligible persons

To be eligible for the Help-to-Save scheme an individual must meet all of the following three criteria:

• The individual must meet one of the benefit entitlement conditions
• The individual must meet the UK connection condition
• The individual must not have previously opened a Help to Save account
