HMAG120330 - Part 2 Notice of intention (NOI) stage: recording the NOI onto the drawback database

If the NOI is accepted by DPC, it is recorded on the drawback database, which generates a Drawback Reference (DR) number. This DR reference number lives throughout the drawback process, allowing it to be cross referenced between the NOI and the claim form (this same number is allocated to the Drawback Claim when it is issued to the claimant).
