HMAG120395 - Part 2 Notice of intention (NOI) stage: action following the NOI visit

The FDT team allocated the visit should send their report to the DCAT e-mail box and must also complete the case on Caseflow. Once the FDT team has completed their report, DCAT will update a centrally held record of the action taken. This record contains detail of the drawback reference number, label/stamp information, other unique marking and where this marking took place.

Where the NOI has not been accepted, the case should be updated on the drawback database and any subsequent claims for drawback against that allocated DR number rejected.(This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
