HMAG120410 - Part 3 the claim stage: general information

Once the NOI has been received and checked for correctness DPC will issue the claimant with the claim form EX76. The claimant should complete and submit their claim once the dispatch/export or destruction has been completed. The claimant is also required to submit supplementary evidence with his claim; this is covered in detail inNotice 207 (HMRC website). The reference number on the claim form is the same as that on the NOI’s. Both the claim and NOI are considered together during the approval process.
