IHTM30123 - Liability in special cases: woodlands

IHTA84/S208 places liability to pay the tax chargeable under IHTA84/S126 on the person entitled to the proceeds of sale if the disposal is a sale or, if the disposal is not a sale, on the person who would be so entitled if it were a sale.
