IHTM30433 - Reconsideration by taxpayers: valuations by SAV

You must refer to Shares Assets and Valuation (SAV) any request to pay tax on a higher value of shares, or other property, valued by SAV.  In making that reference tell SAV whether these instructions appear to prevent us from taking tax on a higher value.
