IHTM31271 - Assessing: COMPASS: other features: archived records

Closed COMPASS records are periodically weeded and archived.

When you try to find the case record using the ALF reference, COMPASS will tell you that the case has been archived. You will not be able to access any records or case details.

If you need to view or amend the COMPASS record for an archived case, you should ask your manager who will be able to make the file live on COMPASS again.
