IHTM35215 - Provisions relating to Legitim: notice of election

Where the executors wish to elect (IHTM35213) for the provisions of IHTA84/S147(4) to apply, you should send form 123 to them for completion.  All of the executors, not just the deponing executor, who confirmed to the estate must sign the election form.
