IHTM36140 - Investigating incorrect accounts, information or documents: who is responsible for taking up penalty enquiries?

Penalty enquiries are undertaken in Compliance Group. If you are in PC&S you should send your file to the Risk Assessment team who will refer the file to a Compliance Group Investigator.
