IEIM300210 - Country-by-Country reporting: OECD 2020 review of CbC reporting

The UK rules use many terms and definitions that are taken from the OECD guidance and that guidance should be checked when completing a CbC report.

The OECD will keep CBC reporting under review, to ensure it is meeting the objectives set out in the BEPS Report. It has committed to carry out a review no later than then end of 2020 to see if any changes are required to the data reported.
