INTM860730 - Employees of International Organisations: Previous claims by individuals

Where BAI, Business International (Immunities & Privileges), has previously considered and accepted an exemption claim by an individual in the light of satisfactory certification from the relevant organisation, no subsequent submission is necessary in respect of any future appointment that individual may take up with the same organisation provided that they are able to supply you with a certificate along the same lines and from the same source (usually the HR department of the organisation) as the certificate previously accepted. In these circumstances, refer back to BAI, Business International (Immunities & Privileges) only where the validity of the certificates is in doubt.
