The long-term business rules for BLAGAB and non-BLAGAB LTB do not apply to:

  • general insurance business (LAM11070)
  • assets forming part of the long-term business fixed capital (LTBFC) (LAM11030)
  • assets which are not held for the purposes of the insurance trade(s) (LAM11070)
