PAYE103090 - Individual records: maintain individual details: NI history and DWP benefit claims history

You can view National Insurance (NI) history and Department for Work and Pensions (DWP) benefit claims by selecting NI history or DWP benefit claims in the Navigation tile in the Individual Summary screen.

The NI History screen allows you to view information by Liability type and tax year by selecting the appropriate description in the drop down menu.

The NI history or DWP benefit claims will be displayed with those with no end date at the top. If all NI history or DWP claims have end dates the latest start date will be shown at the top. If there are more that 10 DWP claims they will be displayed 10 at a time.
