PAYE62060 - Employment maintenance: cease employment: work item 50 - update to specialist record - maintain

Work item 50 is created when an employment has been created on a specialist business area (Residency CRT, EXPAT) owned record. As a Specialist Business Area indicator is set on the customer record only an authorised user can update the record.
