RM3748 - Nominees: claimant completes authority space by mistake

You may find that a claimant has completed the authority space on a claim form by mistake, for instance, a claimant may have written their own name there. If this happens ask the Group Leader to write `CANCELLED’ in ink across the entry and initial it.
