RM4212 - RO instructions: Joint voucher provided by claimant or agent

Look at the back of a joint voucher provided by the claimant or agent. Make sure that your taxpayer’s surname, forenames, reference and share of the tax are on the back of the voucher (RM2532 and 2568).
