RM4268 - RO instructions: Claimant objects to explanation

If the claimant objects when you explain that you cannot repay all or part of the claim

• look up the instructions about the way in which the claim or the voucher failed, for example, RM4060 or 4228
• if those instructions tell you to, submit the objection to Central Policy (Tax Administration Advice Team), Stockport
• otherwise ask your Group Leader for advice. (The Group Leader’s instructions are at RM4296.)
