RM5080 - Payable orders: Manual payable order duplicates are missing

If FAO(Payments) do not have a duplicate order for any reason they will ask you for a copy. You should pass any such request to an Inspector immediately.

You must deal with any such request urgently

• obtain the claims papers check the examination of the claim check that the original duplicate was issued. If you suspect fraud tell FAO(Payments) at once.

If you have no reason to suspect fraud

• complete the form sent by FAO(Payments) entering the same date as the original duplicate
• return the form to FAO(Payments)
• enter on the claims papers the date of the form’s return.
