When you get the Release List from the RSO (RM3080 onwards)

  • check the consecutive numbers (RM3084)
  • check the large repayments
  • (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
  • (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
  • (This content has been withheld because of exemptions in the Freedom of Information Act 2000)
  • initial and date the Release List
  • use function RA .

When you get the Release Acknowledgement List

  • check it agrees with the Release List and file it away
  • pass the files to the Release Officer.
