SG15370 - Introduction and the law: the law on security: Landfill Tax: power to direct a registrable person to make monthly returns

Under Regulation 11(3)(a) and (b) of the Landfill Tax Regulations 1996, the Commissioners may allow or direct a registrable person to make monthly returns.
