The Solicitor’s Office VAT and Excise Litigation Team has offices in Somerset House (for London appeals) and Ralli Quays (for Manchester and Edinburgh appeals). In all security appeals this team will

• advise you on the strength of your case, ensuring that only appropriate cases are exposed at tribunal
• ensure that the supporting documentation is prepared and sent to tribunal and to the appellant on time.
