SAM72114 - Manage work: access to records: worklist manager - recovery office

The Worklist Manager in the Recovery Office is responsible for

  • Monitoring the work state of the office, through the use of ‘WORK’ online functions - in particular OFFICE WORK LIST SUMMARY

And

  • Dealing with work items appearing on the ‘Remissions and Remission Cancellation Quality Assurance’ and ‘Inhibited Statements’ work lists
