SW02210 - Learning: Online Learning Packages: Introduction to Online Learning Packages
It is essential that all Members have the appropriate skills and knowledge to use Shared Workspace before they access the service. This is to ensure that the service is not compromised by inappropriate or inefficient use.
HMRC Members
It is HMRC policy that before accessing Shared Workspace all HMRC Members must successfully complete e-learning on Kallidus.
In addition to completing these mandatory elements of the HMRC Member (Overview) Curriculum package, before accessing the service all HMRC Members who are to be appointed the role of HMRC Business Authorising Officer must also complete the additional e-learning on Kallidus.
Customer Members
Before a Customer Member accesses Shared Workspace we recommend they successfully complete the basic Customer Member Online Learning package.
In addition to completing the basic package, before accessing the service we recommend all Customer Members who are nominated for the role of Customer Nominated Contact (CNC) successfully complete the additional Customer Nominated Contact Online Learning package.
A module is also included for Customer Organisation Representatives (COR) within the CNC Online Learning package and we recommend CORs complete this before appointing the first two CNCs SW04520.
