SW05300 - Membership: Maintain Member Details
As a member of Shared Workspace it is important you keep your personal information up todate.
Failure to maintain your details could lead to your membership being suspended whilst checks are made to confirm your identity.
HMRC Members
Your details are controlled by central processes. Any changes to your name or email address are automatically passed on to Shared Workspace through our normal internal IT procedures.
Customer Members
You must update your personal details such as name, email address and “other details” by logging into Shared Workspace and selecting the “my member info” tab from your “My eRooms” page.
It is particularly important that you keep your email address up to date otherwise you will not receive alerts and overnight notifications SW07540.
