Help & Support for Registration and Enrolment is available as follows:

Known Facts

To register and enrol for the service you need to have both your Shared Workspace User Identity (SWUID) letter and your Shared Workspace Activation Token (SWAT) letter. These two pieces of information are called your Known Facts SW05240.

If you have lost these letters please contact your Customer Nominated Contact who will arrange for them to be reissued SW05250.

Note: The CNCs for the Room can be found by selecting the ‘members’ button on the Room’s home page. CNCs are identified by the suffix ‘CNC’.

All Other Registration & Enrolment Queries

If you have your Known Facts but are having other difficulties with registering or enrolling for the service then please contact the Online Services Helpdesk between the hours of 8am and 8pm, Monday to Friday and 8am to 4pm on Saturday. It is closed on Sundays, Christmas Day, Boxing Day and New Years Day
