If you have a fault with Shared Workspace, the Online Services Help Desk (OSH) willtake the details and pass this on to a specialist team to investigate. They will also takeyour contact details and provide you with an update once they are in a position to do so.
We are unable to publish a specific timescale for the resolution of OSH problems, as thesewill vary from case to case.
