SGSELSG4010 - Particular Goods: Scope of this guidance

Certain goods have particular aspects of their control which would benefit from a fuller explanation. These are:
- goods destined for nuclear, biological or chemical weapons end-users (the “Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) end-use” control);
- goods which are for a military end-use in an embargoed destination (“the military end-use”);
- tangible media such as floppy discs, manuals and laptop computers on which controlled technology is carried;
- ships etc;
- vintage aircraft;
- goods covered by open general export licences (OGELs)
