SGSELSG6020 - Intra EC Movements: Standard Individual Export Licences

Check that:

• the licence (paper licences) is an original and not a photocopy or fax except for as agreed under local arrangements or for multiple postings of technology (SGSELSPC);
• the goods, exporter, destination and end-user shown on the licence and commercial documentation agree;
• the licence has not expired (note that even if quantities of specified goods are exhausted, specified technology may still be exported until the expiry date);
• the quantities decremented by the exporter agree with those shown on the commercial export documents.

Consider whether you wish to arrange with the exporter to examine the goods to verify that they are as described on the licence.
