Any discretionary payment made pursuant to the Discretionary Support Regulations (Northern Ireland) 2016 is disregarded.

Any payment made under a scheme established by the Secretary of State in accordance with section 10 of the Northern Ireland (Executive Formation) Act 2019 is disregarded.
