TOBCSC9100 - Reviews and appeals: Who will conduct any departmental review?

The decision to issue a penalty notice and the issuing of the notice are the responsibility of LB. LB will therefore be responsible for arranging any Departmental Review. LB will be supported in this by Tobacco Policy.
