TOBPMMLS2150 - Overview of the law

The law places obligations on any individual/company that intends to perform a regulated activity in the UK to apply for a licence under the scheme before acquiring any machinery to do so.

Any failure to comply with these requirements may result in the owner of the tobacco products manufacturing machinery being liable to a penalty.
