VATREG08900 - Entity to be registered: partnerships: completion of a VAT 2

The VAT 2 is the notification of the details of the partners. Regulation 5 is written in such a way that we cannot insist on a VAT 2 being completed, simply that we must be notified of the particulars contained in the VAT 2.
