VATREG30400 - Transfers of going concerns (TOGC): belated notification of a TOGC

If a TOGC comes to light belatedly, an application may be made for retrospective reallocation of the registration number.

The transferee may be liable to a belated notification penalty or offence action (see VATREG26000).
