Contents of UK module B certificates: UK21/P002

Adopted EU recommendation POL-006. UK approved recommendation on the correct information to be included on a module B certificate.

Question

Is it required for module B certificates to contain the data as indicated in the annexes to the relevant conventions as referred to above, or is a standard UK certificate (as per the individual Approved Bodies template) sufficient?

Recommendation

Yes, it is required for module B certificates, to have the data as indicated in the annexes to the relevant convention(s) included.

The recommendation follows the intent of AR GEN-001.

The data as indicated in the annexes to the relevant convention(s) may be actually incorporated in the module B certificate or attached to the module B certificate in the format as indicated in the relevant annexes.
