Log in to use the Notification of Vehicle Arrivals (NOVA) service

Use the NOVA service to tell HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) you’ve brought a vehicle into the UK.

You can use the service if:

• you’re a VAT-registered business that does not use the secure registration scheme
• you’re not VAT-registered and you’ve imported a vehicle from the EU into Northern Ireland

Online services may be slow during busy times. Check if there are any problems with this service.

Before you start

You’ll need to sign in to use this service. If you do not already have sign in details, you’ll be able to create them.

After you’ve made a NOVA vehicle arrival notification, you can see updates from HMRC in your secure communications area.
