Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, the spoon broke releasing elements which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. As received, the teeth also fit within a small parts cylinder which presents a choking hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.

The product has been recalled from end users.
