Hazard
The product has been identified as presenting a risk of strangulation as the drawstring in the product’s waist band was not secured and was longer than the permissible maximum. If the cord becomes detached, a young child may become entangled in the cord and present a risk of strangulation.
The product does not meet the requirements of the General Product Safety Regulations 2005 or the relevant standard, BS EN 14682:2014.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users by M&M Direct.
