Product Description A black and red circular wireless charging pad. The product is supplied with a RNIB branded accord player. The accord player is NOT affected by the safety issue and can still be charged with a wired connection using USB C port on the top of the device.

Hazard

The Fantasy Wireless charging pad presents a risk of fire as it has been identified that it can overheat. The accord player is NOT affected by the safety issue.

The product does not meet the requirements of the Electrical Equipment (Safety) Regulations 2016.

Corrective action

The wireless charging pad has been recalled from end users.

Consumers in possession of the wireless charging pad are advised to stop using the product immediately and use a wired connection to charge their device. Affected consumers have been contacted by RNIB and will automatically receive a replacement device, as well as a stamped addressed envelope to return the affected charging pad.
