Hazard
The product presents a serious risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, the two small rings and two big rings broke releasing elements which fit entirely within the small parts cylinder. If small parts are created, a young child may place the part in their mouth and choke.
The cords at the level of the legs of the baby gym also have a distance greater than the limit of 96mm when subjected to a tensile force of 25 N + 2 N, posing a strangulation hazard to young children.
The product does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
Corrective action
The product has been recalled from end users.
The listing have been removed from the online marketplace (eBay)
