Hazard
This product presents a risk of choking as when tested according to the impact test, the orange plastic button, and the cover of the batteries box detached, releasing pieces which fit entirely within a small parts cylinder. The product presents a serious strangulation hazard as the strap intended to be worn fully or partially around the neck has no breakaway feature. The product poses a risk of suffocation as the bag in which the toy is supplied is made of flexible plastics and has an area of 167 mm x 425 mm with an average sheet thickness is 0.023 mm, which is less than the minimum permissible limit of 0.038mm.
The product does not comply fully with the marking requirements of the relevant standard and does not meet the requirements of the Toys (Safety) Regulations 2011.
